How to hold people accountable when you’re short-staffed 2

Virtual supervisor workshop image

April 25th at 1:30 pm Eastern
Workshop length—45 minutes

Description

When you’re short-staffed, and some of the staff you do have aren’t doing what they should, it’s easy to feel trapped.

You feel the pressure of wanting staff to do what they should. But you worry about them getting angry and quitting. Then you’re left with another open shift to try and cover.

You’ll do a practical exercise to help you feel confident and help staff rise to the standards you expect.

Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be accepted within 48 hours preceding the workshop. Blitz may allow you to attend the same workshop at a later date (please see our terms and conditions).
